You own every pattern, asset, and tech-pack you create. We have a limited license to host and display it as part of providing the service.
OUR SERVICE
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Status at /status. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. The studio is a tool, not a promise.
ACCEPTABLE USE
No infringing material, no hate speech, no illegal listings on storefronts. We remove and ban without notice.
PAYMENTS
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Storefront fees are 5% of gross sales. Stripe takes its own processing fee.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect damages. Cap on direct damages: 12 months of fees paid.
GOVERNING LAW
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days of signup.
