For thirty years, the rest of design moved to the browser. Photoshop became Figma. Illustrator became Canva. Premiere became CapCut. Fashion was left behind on installed-only software, locked file formats, and pipelines held together by emailed PDFs.
FashionOS is the operating system fashion has been waiting for. One canvas for sketch, pattern, 3D garment, storefront, and factory — running where every designer already is.
§ WHAT WE BELIEVE
THE BROWSER IS THE STUDIO
Tools that require a download are tools that exclude people. The internet is the only distribution that matters.
AI EXPANDS THE DESIGNER
The model is a collaborator, not a replacement. Speed without taste is noise.
DESIGN IS REVENUE
A garment that cannot be sold is a sketch. Every file should know how to become a product.
MANUFACTURING IS A FIRST-CLASS CITIZEN
Tech packs are not an afterthought. They are the contract between the brand and the world.
FASHION IS MULTIPLAYER
Designers, pattern-makers, manufacturers, and brand owners belong on the same canvas, at the same time.
§ THE NORTH STAR
A designer opens FashionOS and types:
“Create a luxury Persian-inspired bomber collection for women 25–40, emerald silk, gold embroidery.”
The system generates concepts, drapes the garments in 3D, simulates the fabric, renders the lookbook, builds the storefront, prices the SKUs, and packages the production files for the factory. The designer reviews — and approves.
§ WE ARE EARLY
This is v0.1. Today, FashionOS is a browser-native 3D studio with live PBR fabric, lighting, and color. Tomorrow it is a pattern editor, an AI copilot, a storefront, a manufacturing portal, a marketplace.
The roadmap is public. The system is open. The thesis is simple: fashion is software now.
